安裝使用:
本機測速傳感器活動支架直接焊在輸送機橫梁處,使觸輪運行方向與膠帶平行,接觸良好。控制箱安裝帶式輸送機現場附近的墻壁上,并應防止振動。
1)須定期清除積塵,檢驗開頭工作狀態;
2)氣溫較低時,應在旋轉部位滴些潤滑油;
3)出現故障應我公司或請人員維修。
性能說明:
本產品具有二種工作方式
a. 檢測輸送帶的帶速
b. 檢測輸送帶從動滾筒的轉速或旋轉設備的轉速 檢測儀內有四只繼電器,做為控制信號輸出。k1~k4繼電器的工作狀態受傳感頭實測數值同予置數值比較結果的控制,當實測數值大于或等于予置數值時, 繼電器為設定的狀態(“1”為吸合、 “0”為釋放),小于時開始延時(如果設定了轉換延時時間)時間到后轉換為設定的相反狀態。如果設置了起動延時時間,在起動時k2~k4將保持為設定狀態, 延時時間到已后進入檢測狀態。 通常情況下K1做為速度信號輸出(聯鎖起動時用) K2~K4做為打滑的報警輸出。
