一、產品簡介
抱箍是用一種材料抱住或箍住另外一種材料的構件。它屬于緊固件。電力抱箍裝置由箍板、翼板、拉結筋板、螺栓及內襯墊構成。抱箍有好多種,桿頂支座抱箍、電纜抱箍、橫擔抱箍、拉線抱箍等。 一般由左、右兩半片抱箍對合后聯接而成,左、右兩半片抱箍均呈半圓環狀,半圓環兩端向外彎折,各形成一個安裝耳,安裝耳上沖得有螺栓連接孔,用縮口螺栓聯接安裝,主要原材料為扁鋼。
二、產品選材
產品主材選用GB/T 700-2008標準Q235材質鋼材,材料抗拉強度≥400Mpa。
三、產品分類
3.1桿頂支座抱箍
桿頂支座抱箍,安裝在電桿桿頂,分為單頂單抱、雙頂單抱、單頂雙抱及雙頂雙抱,用于10KV及以下線路。

3.2 拉線抱箍
拉線抱箍是線路中拉線來固定電桿,有扁抱、加強扁抱、雙拉線抱箍及四拉線抱箍等。一般用扁鋼的規格和所抱桿件的直徑來表示其規格,如:-60×6×150。

3.3 導線抱箍
導線抱箍分導線抱箍及導線拉線抱箍,用于電力線路掛線、導線、拉線或同時導線和拉線。用于110KV及以下線路工程,其根據各個設計自行的編號表示其規格。

3.4 托擔抱箍及托擔拉線抱箍

3.5 抬擔抱箍
抬擔抱箍,即抬抱,用于托抬擔的抱箍,其一邊安裝耳上有2個連接螺孔,一般每付用四套縮口螺栓聯接,其規格用所用扁鋼規格及所抱桿件位置的直徑來表示,如-80×8×280。
3.6 電纜抱箍
電纜抱箍,用于電纜上下桿時固定電纜,其根據固定電纜的數量分為單電纜抱箍、雙電纜抱箍及多電纜抱箍,主要區別在于電纜箍的數量級大小不同,其規格用所用材料規格及所抱電桿直徑來表示,如:-60×6×320。

3.7 撐腳抱箍
撐腳抱箍,10kV及以下線路工程中安裝撐腳之用,一般有幾種,焊板的、焊螺栓、扁抱加強扁抱。其規格用所用原材料規格及所抱電桿直徑來表示,如:-60×6×210。
三、生產工藝
材料按生產計劃選定材料工藝規定的標準尺寸后,按工藝尺寸經過下料、沖孔、彎曲、焊接等工藝加工完成,等待發貨。

3.2 stay wire hoop The stay wire hoop is used to fix the pole by pulling wire in the line, including flat holding, reinforced flat holding, double pulling wire holding hoop and four pulling wire holding hoop. Generally, the specification of flat steel and the diameter of the holding bar are used to express the specification, such as: - 60 × 6 × 150. 3.3 conductor hoop The wire hoop is divided into conductor wire hoop and wire stay hoop, which is used for hanging wire, conducting wire and pulling wire or at the same time. It is used for 110kV and below line project, and its specification is indicated by its own number according to each design. 3.4 bracket hoop and bracket stay wire hoop The supporting arm hoop and supporting arm stay wire hoop are used to support the cross arm or simultaneously support the cross arm and stay wire in 35kV and above power lines. The difference between the two is that the latter has more wire drawing boards than the former, and its specifications are indicated by the number determined by each design.
3.5 lifting hoop The hoop is used to lift the load. There are two connecting screw holes on one side of the hoop. Generally, each pair is connected with four sets of necking bolts. The specification is expressed by the specification of flat steel and the diameter of the position of the holding pole, such as - 80 × 8 × 280.
3.6 cable hoop The cable hoop is used to fix the cable when it is up and down the pole. According to the number of fixed cables, it can be divided into single cable hoop, double cable hoop and multi cable hoop. The main difference is that the cable hoop has different order of magnitude. 3、 Production technology After selecting the standard size of material process according to the production plan, the material is processed by blanking, punching, bending, welding and other processes according to the process size, waiting for delivery.
