箱體采用SMC模壓材料或不銹鋼鋼板的封閉結構形式。SMC箱體采用模壓結構,不銹鋼箱體采用三明治式雙層結構。本標準給出的箱體尺寸為參考尺寸。門通過鉸鏈結構連接,門可自由開合5000次不損壞。門鎖應為防盜結構,具有良好的抗破壞性,應符合中華人民共和國公共安全行業標準GA/T 73-94 機械防盜鎖規定。
(2)光纜從箱體的底座進纜孔進出。箱體留有相對獨立的進出線孔,孔洞數量應滿足滿配時的需求。
(3)96芯、144芯光纜交接箱采用單面左開門結構,288芯、576芯雙面光纜交接箱采用單面右開門操作結構;576芯單面光纜交接箱采用單面*門操作結構。576芯單面*門操作結構中,應設有水平走纖槽道,以便于水平走纖的管理和維護。
(4)光纜交接箱配有密封膩子,以便于線纜引入孔處的密封,防止水和嚙齒類動物進入機箱。密封膩子應高溫不流淌,低溫不凝固,遇到潮氣會膨脹,切實達到密封要求。

箱體結構

機箱內應在合適的位置預留直熔單元,以便于光纜的直通。
光纖終接裝置、尾纖配線裝置、適配器卡座、安裝板、尾纖及適配器,在滿容量范圍內應能方便地成套配置。開剝后的散纖應加護套管(壁厚0.9mm,材料硬度為邵氏硬度Shore70)。標識應從左到右,從下到上。

12芯熔配一體化托盤為左、右出纖可調節設計,滿足外纜的熔接、尾纖的存貯、跳纖終端等功能。本系列機架采用左出纖模式。托盤熔接盤、終端盤材料采用阻燃ABS、顏色為PANTONE 3405U,蓋板材料采用阻燃ABS、顏色為PANTONE 427U。
