Application

The analogue memory AD-AS 320 GS serves the galvanic
separation, conversion and amplification of DC current signals
and voltage signals (0/4-20mA or 0/2-10V).
The device can save an analogue value over an unlimited
period.
With an active control signal (24V active or contact), the output
signal follows the input signal. If the control signal is
deactivated, the instantaneous output signal remains saved.
The saved value is also restored after a supply voltage failure.
Alternatively, the analogue value can also be taken over to the
output by pressing the memory key briefly.
An activation of zero trimmer and full trimmer is possible by
pressing the memory key for longer (only in signal sequence
mode). With this, the signal dimensions can be adjusted at the
front in the range of ±25%.

Description
The summation amplifier adds or subtracts a maximum of 4-6
currents or voltages (terms of a sum), each signal can be
individually evaluated. The output signal (Current or voltage) is
proportional to the summation. signals, which have to be
subtracted, have to be connected interchanged. The output signal
(current or voltage) is stable up to the maximum load.
Important: Input and output must be galvanically separated.
Application
Analogue summation of single data. For example: flow-data,
levels, oxygen.

Description
Application
The burden amplifier AD-BV 20 GVC serves the power amplification
(burden increase) in application with high current loop resistance,
i.e. line resistance.
The burden amplifier is switched directly behind a present current
source (i.e. separation amplifier AD-TV 22 GL), whereby the energy
of the current source is also used.
The device output of the total device chain is optimally utilised. The
galvanic signal separation of the series separation amplifier
continues to be realised.
With applications, in which separation amplifiers with, for instance,
maximum 500 Ohm can no longer achieve the required burden voltage
for bridging high power resistance.

POLARIS “PH” series
Gear pumps and motors built in three pieces with cast iron body. The new gear pumps and motors “PH” series is an evolu?
tion of the “POLARIS” series. “POLARIS PH” has a new body made of cast iron to have higher operating parameters and
keep the full POLARIS versatility regarding shafts, flanges, ports and built-in valves.
This project is targeted for forklifts, skid steer loaders and all those applications where traditional aluminum pumps are
being pushed close to their limits. The possibility to mate the body with the cast iron covers further reduces noise levels, in
addition to increasing strength.

PLATA SVP ? DVP series
Variable displacement axial piston pumps swash plate design for open circuit applications. SVP single flow, DVP dual
flow on piston pump and an additional piggybacked gear pump. The automatic overall torque limiter allows to optimize the
performance of themachine. SVP and DVP pumps has been designed specifically for mini excavators where compactness
and ease of installation are critical.
Piston pump: displacements from 7,8 cm3/rev G 0.48 in3/rev to 30 cm3/rev G 1.83 in3/rev.
Gear pump: displacements from 4,95 cm3/rev G 0.30 in3/rev to 21,14 cm3/rev G 1.29 in3/rev.

These filters are normally installed onto the tank and are used as the only solution to filter the oil flow coming from the
open circuit return line and to supply with filtered oil, pressurized at 0,5 bar (7.25 psi), the closed circuit of the suction line.
