標本的處理：人白細胞活化黏附因子(ALCAM)Elisa試劑盒
（1）細胞培養上清液
根據需要用試劑盒中的標準稀釋液稀釋樣品，然后按照說明書所述方法檢測。*稀釋濃度是稀釋5倍。
（2）腦脊液
根據需要用試劑盒中的標準稀釋液稀釋樣品，然后按照說明書所述方法檢測。*稀釋濃度是5倍。
（3）血漿
①用EDTA2K離心收集在真空血液收集管中的血液，5,000×g，15分鐘，4℃，分離血漿樣品，然后儲存在零下80℃直到使用。
②用試劑盒中的標準稀釋液5倍稀釋血漿以避免血漿中的干擾物質影響檢測，按照說明書方法檢測。
性能:人白細胞活化黏附因子(ALCAM)Elisa試劑盒
1．準確性：標準品線性回歸與預期濃度相關系數R值，大于等于0.9900。
2．靈敏度：zui低檢測濃度小于10 pg/ml。
3．特異性：不與其它可溶性結構類似物交叉反應。
4．重復性：板內、板間變異系數均小于15%。
貯藏：2-8℃，避光防潮保存。
