【原理介紹】脫氧吡啶啉(deoxypyridinoline, DPD)又稱賴氨酰吡 啶 啉(lysylpyridinoline, LP)，是70年代末發現的反映骨吸收的特異指標,脫氧吡啶啉是骨膠原的分解產物，僅存在于骨的Ⅰ 型膠原中，在骨吸收過程中人脫氧吡啶啉(DPD)ELISA檢測試劑盒，尿脫氧吡啶啉釋放到血液中，直接以原形排泄到尿中，尿脫氧吡啶啉90%以上來自骨骼，不受食物成分的影響，其排泄受破骨細胞活力影響，為骨吸收的特異性指標，為去除尿濃縮稀釋對尿脫氧吡啶啉的影響，通常用尿脫氧吡啶啉/肌酐表示。
