Overview
The XT40 is an analogue explosion-protected PTZ station and integral illuminator designed for use in hazardous areas in onshore, offshore, marine and heavy industrial environments. It is constructed from electropolished 316L stainless steel for maximum corrosion protection and is fitted as standard with an integral illuminator, sunshield, and thermostatically controlled heater element. An integral wiper and the XWP pressurised washer pump can be specified as options.
Fitted as standard is a choice of 37X optical zoom 1⁄4” Double Density Interline Transfer CCD module, 36X optical zoom 1⁄4” EXview CCD or 10X optical zoom 1⁄3” Super HAD CCD module with ultra low-light sensitivity.
The integral illuminator has a range of 100m at 12o and is internally powered, allowing full use of continuous rotation panning. It utilises the latest Nano-stack LED technology to give longer range illumination from very low power consumption.
The XT40 can be fitted as an option with an Oxalis X-NET integral SM/MM fibre optic transmitter which can be used in conjunction with cabinet mounted Optical Reciever Cards and X-Stream IP Encoders if required.
It can be specified with the XWP pressurised washer pump as an option.
The XT40 can be used in conjunction with Oxalis video management solutions (matrix or IP) but is designed be compatible with most common video management systems.
