本產(chǎn)品適用于額定電壓1-35kV架空電力線路輸配電系統(tǒng)。

四、使用特性
1.額定電壓分別為1kV、10kV、20kV、35 kV2.電纜敷設(shè)溫度應(yīng)不低于-20℃
3.短路時(shí)(最長(zhǎng)持續(xù)時(shí)間不超過(guò)5S)電纜的允許**溫度：
交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣250℃
高密度聚乙烯絕緣150℃
聚氯乙烯絕緣160℃
4.電纜導(dǎo)體的**長(zhǎng)期允許工作溫度：
聚氯乙烯絕緣不超過(guò)70℃
聚乙烯絕緣應(yīng)不超過(guò)70℃
交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣應(yīng)不超過(guò)90℃
5.電纜的允許彎曲半徑:
單芯電纜應(yīng)不小于電纜外徑的15倍
多芯電纜應(yīng)不小于電纜外徑的10倍

五、生產(chǎn)范圍 Scope of production
注，1、其中K為承載絞線，按工程設(shè)計(jì)要求，可任選表中規(guī)定截面與相應(yīng)導(dǎo)體截面相匹配。如桿塔跨距更大采用外加承載索時(shí)。該承載索不包括在電纜結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)，
2、其中(A)表示鋼承絞線， (B)為鋁合金承載絞線
3、也可根據(jù)用戶需要生產(chǎn)制造鋼芯架空絕緣電纜。
Note: 1. Krefers to bearing strand, it can choose any arranged section of table with corresponding conductor, lf span ofpoles is longer and addtional bearing track rope is adopted, the track rope isntincluded in the cable structure.

六、主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)
1.電纜的工作溫度
額定電壓1kV架空絕緣電纜，聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯絕緣應(yīng)不超過(guò)70℃，交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣應(yīng)不超過(guò)90℃;額定電壓10kV、35kV架空絕緣電纜，交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣不超過(guò)90℃，高密度聚乙烯絕緣不超過(guò)75℃。
2.電纜的導(dǎo)體電阻和拉斷力見(jiàn)下表。
3.電纜的絕緣電阻
額定電壓1 kV架空絕緣電纜絕緣電阻見(jiàn)施加下表,10 kV、35 kV無(wú)絕緣屏蔽的成品電纜浸入水中不少于1h，施加80-500V直流電壓，穩(wěn)定時(shí)間應(yīng)不小于1min，且不大于5min。額定電壓10kV電纜的絕緣電阻應(yīng)不小于1500MΩ·km，輕型薄絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)電纜的絕緣電阻應(yīng)不小于1000MΩk m。額定電壓35kV電纜的絕緣
電阻應(yīng)不小于4100MΩ·km。
4.電纜的交流電壓試驗(yàn)
額定電壓1kV絕架空緣電纜二芯以上應(yīng)經(jīng)受3500V、1min電壓試驗(yàn)。單芯電纜浸在室溫水(附加電極)中1h后進(jìn)行應(yīng)不擊穿。額定電壓10kV架空絕緣電纜在室溫下，浸水1h后施加電壓，普通絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)為18kV，輕型薄絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)為12kV，35kV為63kV。試驗(yàn)時(shí)間為1min，電纜應(yīng)不擊穿。
5.局部放電試驗(yàn)
有絕緣屏蔽的10kV電纜，應(yīng)進(jìn)行局部放電試驗(yàn)，試驗(yàn)在浸于水中的成盤(pán)電纜上進(jìn)行，在電纜上施加交流電壓9kV，電纜的放電量應(yīng)不大于20pC。

1.Operatillg temperatureFor aerial insulated cables with rated voltage of 1 kV,the operating tempof PVC and polythene insulated ones should not exceed 70C and XLPEinsulated ones should not exceed 90C . For aerial insulated cables withrated voltage of 10kV and 35kV,the operating temp. of XLPE insulatedones should not exceed 90℃，ａnd HDPE insulated ones should notexceed 75℃.

4.Insulation resistance of aerial insulated cables with rated voltage of 1kVrefer to following table . For finished cables with rated voltage of 10kVａnd 35kV without instllatio screen . if immersed in water for less than 1h.ａnd impose a DC voltage from 80V to 500V the stable time shall be betwe-en 1 to 5 mins. For cables with rated voltage of 10kV.tile insulation resistance shall be not less than 1 500MΩ· km. for light-duty thill insulated cables. the insulation resistance shall be not less than 1 000MΩ· km, for thecables with rated voltage of 35kV the insulation resistance shall be notless than 4100MΩ· km.
5. Partial discharge testPartial discharge test shall be done on 10kV insulated screened cables.The test is carried out on a drumined cable which is immersed into waterａnd AC voltage of 9kV is imposed, and tile discharge of cable should notexceed 20pC.

八、使用要求
1、電纜敷設(shè)時(shí)，環(huán)境溫度不應(yīng)低于-20°C，低于-20°C敷設(shè)時(shí)電纜必須預(yù)先加熱。
2、電纜敷設(shè)時(shí)，額定電壓1kV架空絕緣電纜彎曲半徑應(yīng)不小于電纜外徑的10倍，10 kV、20kV、35kV架空絕緣電纜應(yīng)不小于外徑的15倍。
3、電纜的架設(shè)方法，與裸架空線同樣，仍需固定在橫擔(dān)的絕緣子上，但距離可以適當(dāng)減小。
4、電纜應(yīng)與專門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)的架空絕緣電纜金具配套使用。
5、在敷設(shè)施工和存放過(guò)程中，應(yīng)注意電纜端頭的密封，防上電纜進(jìn)水，降低其性能。
6、電纜長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)行溫度(即電纜導(dǎo)電線芯長(zhǎng)期允許工作溫度)交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣應(yīng)不超過(guò)90°C，高密度聚乙烯絕緣不超過(guò)75°C;聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯絕緣應(yīng)不超過(guò)70°C;短路時(shí)交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣不超過(guò)250°C;高密度聚乙烯、聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯絕緣應(yīng)不超過(guò)150°C，最長(zhǎng)持續(xù)時(shí)間不超過(guò)5秒。
Operating requirements
1.Cables shall be laid at a temp. highel than. 20°C.Iftemp. is lower1than-20°C，cables shall be ple-heated beforelaying.
2.When the cables are being laid. the belldillg radlLIS of aeriali11SUlated cables with rated voltage 0f 1kV shall not be less than 10times of outer diameter of cables and the ones of aerial insulatedcables with a rated voltage of 1 0kV, 20kV and 35kV shall not beless thall 15 times of outer diametel of cables.
3.Setting methods of cables are the Same with the one of bare wiresthat is to fix it on a crossing insulator and yet the distance can beeduced property.
4.Cables shall be applied in conjunction with exclusively-designedaerialinsulated cables fittiings.
5.During the laying and storage of cables，please ensure the tight-ness of cable ends in case water goes into cables and affects itsProperty.
6.The long-term operating temp(allowable long-term operatingtemp.of conductor)for XLPEinulated cables shall not exceed90°C.ａnd shall not for exceed 75°C for HDPE insulated cables,for polythene and PVC insulated cables. it shall not exceed 70°C in a short- circuit. with max. duration within 5s，the temp. of XLPEinsulated cables shall not exceed 250C，ａnd for HDPE，polytheneａnd PVC,it shall not exceed 150°C
