Gear Bearing PT400轉子齒輪軸承測試臺采用ABB小型三相異步電機由皮帶輪驅動，配合變頻器來調節 轉速，皮帶驅動轉子部件，可以選擇不同故障類型的軸承，在不同轉 速下，驗證軸承缺陷頻率特征，還可進行故障齒輪測試、皮帶驅動測 試、轉子動平衡試驗、啟停機試驗、轉軸摩擦試驗，在安全可控的環 境中單獨或與各種缺陷組合搭配實驗。作為研究旋轉機械故障特征的 創新實驗平臺，配合教學模擬及科研用戶的廣泛需求。PT400 adopts ABB small three-phase asynchronous motor driven by belt pulley,  combined with frequency converter to adjust the speed. The belt drives the rotor  components, and different types of bearings can be selected to verify the  frequency characteristics of bearing defects at different speeds. It can also  perform fault gear testing, belt drive testing, rotor dynamic balance testing, start  stop testing, and shaft friction testing. It can be tested separately or in combination with various defects in a safe and controllable environment. As an innovative  experimental platform for studying the fault characteristics of rotating machinery,  it fully meets the extensive needs of teaching simulation and scientific research  users.

測試臺組成：

Gear Bearing PT400轉子齒輪軸承測試臺主要由三相異步電機、變頻器、雙支撐軸承、動 平衡轉子盤、轉軸、傳動齒輪組、皮帶及張緊器、減震 基礎底座、彎曲軸組件等組成。The test bench mainly consists of three-phase asynchronous  motors, frequency converters, double support bearings,  dynamic balancing rotor discs, shafts, transmission gear sets,  belts and tensioners, shock-absorbing foundation bases,  bending shaft components, etc.

測試臺主要功能：

l故障軸承模擬：軸承內圈故障、軸承外圈故障、軸承滾動體故障、軸承保持架故障、軸承綜合故障。

l齒輪故障模擬：缺齒、斷齒、磨損、裂紋。

l皮帶磨損故障模擬、轉子動平衡。

l常見機械故障：機械松動、軸彎曲、不對中等試驗。

l不同轉速下的軸承故障頻率識別。
