功能說明/Function Description

本裝置與船用生活污水處理裝置配套使用，用于對廚房灰水的處理，可撇去廚房灰水中的油脂，經過除油后的廚房灰水，重力自流進船用生活污水處理裝置進行生化處理。

The device is used in conjunction with the Marine sewage treatment device for the treatment of kitchen grey water. The grease in kitchen grey water can be skimmed, and the kitchen grey water after oil removal will gravity self-flow into the Marine sewage treatment device for biochemical treatment.

本裝置利用油與水的密度的不同，在停留時間適當的情況下， 使油與水沉淀分離，從而達到撇油的目的。

裝置分三個腔室，廚房灰水首入裝置腔室，在此 腔室內灰水入口處有形擋板，降低了水的流速和含油污水的攪動。在腔室內停留一定時間后，油脂將上浮， 分離后的水進入腔室。當繼續有灰水進入時，使 腔室內的水進入第三個腔室，油脂將保留在二腔室上部， 分離后的水從灰水排放水口處排出。

The device is divided into three chambers. The kitchen grey water enters the first chamber of the device first. There is a shaped baffle at the entrance of the grey water in this chamber, which effectively reduces the flow rate of water and the agitation of oily sewage. After a certain amount of time in the first chamber, the oil will float up and the separated water will enter the second chamber. When the grey water continues to enter, the water in the second chamber enters the third chamber, the grease will be retained in the upper part of the first and second chambers, and the separated water will be discharged from the grey water discharge mouth.
