產(chǎn)品描述
番茄凝集素(Tomato lectin,Lycopersicon Esculentum Lectin(LEL)),是一種非常穩(wěn)定的單亞基糖蛋白,約含有等量的蛋白質(zhì)和碳水化合物。據(jù)報(bào)道其糖類部分由85%阿拉伯糖和15%半乳糖組成,在溶液中可能形成多聚體聚合物。番茄凝集素雖然和土豆凝集素、曼陀羅凝集素(DSL)和麥胚凝集素(WGA)有部分相同的特異性,但在許多多面呈現(xiàn)出*之處。番茄凝集素LEL能夠很好地與血型糖蛋白(glycophorin)和Tamm-Horsfall糖蛋白結(jié)合,能夠有效結(jié)合和標(biāo)記嚙齒類動(dòng)物的血管內(nèi)皮(vascular endothelium)。
本品為綠色熒光素標(biāo)記的番茄凝集素(來源于Lycopersicon esculentum),Ex/Em=495/515nm,通過血管內(nèi)灌注法或直接染色組織切片能快速且有效的檢測和可視化嚙齒類動(dòng)物的血管和小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞。
