Anti-JAK1抗體,蛋白質*激酶JAK-1抗體質量優質產品說明：Janus kinase 1 (JAK1) is a member of a new class of non-receptor protein-tyrosine kinases (PTK) characterized by the presence of a second phosphotransferase-related domain immediay N-terminal to the PTK domain. The second phosphotransferase domain bears all the hallmarks of a protein kinase, although its structure differs significantly from that of the PTK and threonine/serine kinase family members. JAK1 is a large, widely expressed membrane-associated phosphoprotein. It is involved in the interferon-alpha/beta and -gamma signal transduction pathways. The reciprocal interdependence between JAK1 and TYK2 activities in the interferon-alpha pathway, and between JAK1 and JAK2 in the interferon-gamma pathway, may reflect a requirement for these kinases in the correct assembly of interferon recpeptor complexes. These kinases couple cytokine ligand binding to tyrosine phosphorylation of various known signaling proteins and a unique family of transcription factors termed the signal transducers and activators of transcription, or STATs.
保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
連續使用時4°C存儲，保質期六個月補體C1qα鏈多肽抗體*存儲時建議分裝為10ul以上小包裝-20°C存儲，并避免反復凍融，保質期一年。
