交聯聚乙烯絕緣電力電纜是采用化學方法或物理方法,使聚乙烯分子由線型分子結構轉變為三維網狀結構,由熱塑性的聚乙烯變成熱固性的交聯聚乙烯,從而提高了聚乙烯的耐老化性能、機械性能和耐環境能力，并保持了優良的電氣性能。
交聯聚乙烯絕緣電力電纜導體的允許*zui高溫為90攝氏度，較低絕緣電纜、聚氯乙烯絕緣電纜和聚乙烯絕緣電纜高，且具有重量輕、結構簡單、使用方便、耐化學腐蝕和敷設不受落差限制等優點。

本產品按GB12706《額定電壓35V及以下銅芯、鋁芯塑料絕緣電力電纜》標準生產，同時還可根據用戶需要按電工委員會*標準IEC、英國標準、德國標準及美國標準生產。

適用范圍 Applications
本產品適用于工頻額定電壓3.6/6kv～26/35kv輸配電線路作配送電能子用。
The product is suitable for use in power transmission and distribution lines with rated power frequency voltage 3.6/6kv～26/35kv.
使用特性 Operating characteristics
· 工頻額定電壓U0/U為3.6/6kv～26/35kv。
Rated power-frepuency voltage U0/U: 3.6/6kv～26/35kv.
· 電纜導體的zui高允許工作溫度：90℃。
Max.admissible operating temperature of the conductor:90℃.
· 短路時（zui長時間不超過5s）電纜導體的zui高溫度不超過2500C。
Max. short-circurt temperature of conductor shall not exceed 2500C.

· 電纜敷設時環境溫度應不低于00C。
The ambient temperature under installation should not below 00C.
· 電纜彎曲半徑：三芯電纜不小于電纜外徑15倍；單芯電纜不小于電纜外徑20倍。

電纜額定電壓的選擇 Voltage designation
· 電纜的額定電壓應適合于電纜系統的運行狀況，用U0/U（Um）kv表示。
U0－電纜設計用的導體對地或金屬屏蔽之間的額定工頻電壓；
U－電纜設計用的導體間的額定工頻電壓；
Um－設備可承受的“zui高系統電壓”的zui大值。
The rated voltage of the cable for a given applixation shall be suitable for the operating conditions
in the system in which the cable is used,and is expressed in the form of U0/U（Um）kv
Where:
U0－The rated power-frequency voltage between conductors and earth metallic screen ,for which the cable designed;
U － The rated power-frequency voltage between conductos, for which the cable designed;
Um－ The maximum value of the“highest system voltage”for which the equipment may beused.

B類系統──該類系統僅包括單相接地故障短時運行的條件，接地故障時間應不超過1h, 但在任何情況下，zui長不超過8h每年接地故障總持續時間不超過125h；
C類系統──不屬于A類、B類的系統。

電力電纜的型號及品種主要有以下幾個方面：
35kV及以下電力電纜型號及產品表示方法
1.用漢語拼音*個字母的大寫表示絕緣種類、導體材料、內護層材料和結構特點。如用Z代表紙（zhi）；L代表鋁（lv）；Q代表鉛（qian）；F代表分相（fen）；ZR代表阻燃（zuran）；NH代表耐火（naihuo）。
2.用數字表示外護層構成，有二位數字。無數字代表無鎧裝層，無外被層。*位數字表示鎧裝，第二位數字表示外被，如粗鋼絲鎧裝纖維外被表示為41。
3.電纜型號按電纜結構的排列一般依次序為：絕緣材料；導體材料；內護層；外護層。
4.電纜產品用型號、額定電壓和規格表示。其方法是在型號后再加上說明額定電壓、芯數和標稱截面積的阿拉伯數字。如VV42－10 3×50表示銅芯、聚氯乙稀絕緣、粗鋼線鎧裝、聚氯乙稀護套、額定電壓10kV、3芯、標稱截面積50mm2的電力電纜。
電力電纜型號各部分的代號及其含義
1.絕緣種類：V代表聚氯乙稀；X代表橡膠；Y代表聚乙烯；YJ代表交聯聚乙烯；Z代表紙。
2.導體材料：L代表鋁；T（省略）代表銅。
3.內護層：V代表聚氯乙稀護套；Y聚乙烯護套；L鋁護套；Q鉛護套；H橡膠護套；F氯丁橡膠護套。
4.特征：D不滴流；F分相；CY充油；P貧油干絕緣；P屏蔽；Z直流。
5.控制層：0無；2雙鋼帶；3細鋼絲；4粗鋼絲。
6.外被層：0無；1纖維外被；2聚氯乙稀護套；3聚乙烯護套。
7.阻燃電纜在代號前加ZR；耐火電纜在代號前加NH。
充油電纜型號及產品表示方法
充油電纜型號由產品系列代號和電纜結構各部分代號組成。自容式充油電纜產品系列代號CY。外護套結構從里到外用加強層、鎧裝層、外被層的代號組合表示。絕緣種類、導體材料、內護層代號及各代號的排列次序以及產品的表示方法與35kV及以下電力電纜相同。如CYZQ102 220/1×4表示銅芯、紙絕緣、鉛護套、銅帶徑向加強、無鎧裝、聚氯乙稀護套、額定電壓220kV、單芯、標稱截面積400mm2的自容式充油電纜。
充油電纜外護層代號含義為
1.加強層：1代表銅帶徑向加強；2代表不銹鋼帶徑向加強；3鋼帶徑向加強；4不銹鋼帶徑向、窄不銹鋼帶縱向加強。
2.鎧裝層：0無鎧裝；2鋼帶鎧裝；4粗鋼絲鎧裝。
3.外被層：1纖維層；2聚氯乙稀護套；3聚乙烯護套
