產(chǎn)品簡介 Introduction ◆ 冷油機(jī)系列適用于冷卻數(shù)控機(jī)床，座標(biāo)鏜床，磨床，油壓機(jī)械，木工雕刻機(jī)，切削機(jī)械，加工中心，組合機(jī)床及各種精密機(jī)床的主軸潤滑油和液壓傳動(dòng)油液的冷卻，能精確的控制油溫，有效減少機(jī)床的熱變形，提供機(jī)床的加工溫度，保證機(jī)床長時(shí)間連續(xù)工作。冷油機(jī)的工作原理是利用冷媒的蒸發(fā)吸熱進(jìn)行冷卻，油泵從機(jī)床油箱抽取油液至制冷系統(tǒng)中進(jìn)行熱交換處理，冷卻后的油液再經(jīng)冷油機(jī)出油管路回到機(jī)床油箱中，通過油液的連續(xù)循環(huán)工作使整個(gè)油液的油溫持續(xù)下降控溫。冷油機(jī)采用304不銹鋼一體管路，精密中高溫油
泵，保證無漏油現(xiàn)象。
◆ 溫馨提示：選擇水冷式工業(yè)冷油機(jī)需有冷卻水塔或其它冷水源與散熱循環(huán)水泵方可使用，如不具備該條件請選擇我司另一款冷油機(jī)：風(fēng)冷式工業(yè)冷油機(jī)。
