一、目的（Purpose）

為了全面地描述技術合作中所指的技術規格，通常需要由一整套文件予以表示。作為其中的一部分

，本技術規格規定了攝像頭模組應達到的特定技術規格，對于該型號貨品具有約束力。

（一）功能定義:

1.攝像頭模組電氣性能、圖像質量。(Electrical properties , the quality of image. )

（二）檢驗方法:( Inspection methods)

1. 人員: 外觀檢查人員需經過培訓并且辨色能力正常,其視力應達到1.0以上(矯正后達到1.0以上

亦可),辨色能力應可通過標準測試。

Staff: The appearance of the inspectors to be trained and the capacity of normal color

vision, Its vision to achieve more than 1.0 (after correction can also be reached more

than 1.0), Color vision capability should be available through standard tests.

2. 工具：連接電腦，用Amcap 測試軟件檢測圖像。

Tool: Connect the computer, Testing images with Amcap software.

3. 距離和時間: 觀察距離為30 ? 55cm,觀察時間為每個面3 ? 5秒。

Distance and Time: Observation distance: 30 ? 55cm,

Observation time for each surface: 3 ? 5seconds

4. 檢驗環境: 外觀檢驗應在不刺目的熒光燈下檢查,其照度應在100尺燭光亮度以上，或者是

60W日光燈，1.5m距離下檢驗。

fluorescent lamp with min 100 feet candela luminace, or under 60 watt fluorescent lamp

of 1.5m distance.

（三）接受標準 (Accept criteria)

1.圖像無花屏、彩屏、變色。(The image has no mess, color screen and

discoloration.)

2.無白點、黑點、臟污、暗角。(There is no white spot, black spot, dirt or dark

angle in the image.)

3.圖像清晰，四周清晰度一至。(TThe image is same clear on all cornors)

（二）檢驗方法:( Test methods)

1．人員: 外觀檢查人員需經過培訓并且辨色能力正常,其視力應達到1.0以上(矯正后達到1.0

以上亦可),辨色能力應可通過標準測試。

1．清潔程度：部件必須無污點、無塵、無油脂及無其它污跡。由于運輸材料造成的污跡如果

能夠吹去或抹去則是可以接受的。

2．裝配表面：需裝配的零部件應避免有劃痕、鑿痕、凹痕、彎折、破裂、壓痕、擦傷或其它

因不當裝配所引起的缺陷。

九.包裝要求(Packing Request)

1、產品應嚴格根據產品特點制定相應的包裝標準并遵照執行，以保證產品規定使用和儲存期內，

達到防靜電、防濕、防震、防霉、防野蠻裝卸等標志及相關保質要求。

3、包裝及裝箱方案依據客戶要求，由雙方協商具體細節，以封樣為準。

十.其它(Others)

1.本承認書的更改需經雙方確認，任何一方單獨修改無效。

The recognition of the need to change the book recognized by both parties, either

party to amend a separate as null and void.

2.本承認書在客戶收到的七個工作日內，必須簽章返回，逾期視為默認。

Admit in the book the customer received within seven working days, must return

signature, late regarded as the default.
