進口化工泵是臥式、單級、單吸離心泵、產品符 合DIN24256、IS02858標準準、是標準化工泵的基 本產品》The imported chemical pumps are horizontal, single-stage, single suction centrifugal pumps. The products conform to the standards of DIN24256 and IS02858, and are the basic products of standard chemical pumps.
適合輸送低溫或高溫、中性或有腐蝕性、淸潔或含有固體 顆料、有毒及易燃易爆的介質。主要用于石油、化工、合成纖維、化
肥、電站發電廠、冶金、造紙廠、制糖廠、食品及醫藥等工業部門輸送清潔或含有顆粒的液體、低溫或高溫的液體、中性或有腐蝕
性的液體，輸送介質溫度一般為-45度~180度。系列化工泵的性能范圍包括系列化工泵所有性能，其效率、汽蝕性能等指標。
進口化工泵結構特點:Structure characteristics of imported chemical pump:
泵體：采用底腳支承結構；
葉輪：閉式、半開式、全開式葉輪，CZ系列泵軸向力主要由背葉片或平衡孔來平衡，殘余軸向力由軸承承受
泵蓋：與密封壓蓋構成密封腔體，標準腔體尺寸可配備各種密封型式
軸封：根據工況不同，可采用填料密封、單端面機械密封、 雙端面機械密封、串聯機械密封等形式
軸承：潤滑方式為稀油潤滑，由恒位油杯控制油位，充分保證軸承在良好潤滑狀態下工作
軸：用軸套保護，防止介質直接與軸接觸發生腐蝕，提高軸的使用壽命
后拖式設計：可以不動泵進出管路，即可維修、使用方便
