進口貫流泵(德國進口*)
產品用途:機電排灌,防洪排澇或排灌結合的低揚程大流量取水工程。
產品使用條件:
口徑350~1800mm,揚程0~12m,流量0.2~10m3/s,功率7.5~630kw,電壓380V、660V、6kV、10kV,水質條件,水溫≤50℃,PH值5~9,水質為清水或輕度污水,允許通過顆粒等效直徑≤1/10名義口徑,無大量纖維雜物。
主要特點:
1、進出水流道近似直線(流道順直),進出水揚程(水力)損失小、泵站裝置效率高(提高約5%左右),特別適用于低揚程、大流量泵站。
相同工況下,電機功率配置小,運行費用低。
2、水泵基礎下無需設吸水槽,可直接通入水中;
3、該產品采用的是新型干式電機,使用前不需要注水、注油;
4、該產品可以在-40℃的環境中儲存;
5、節能5~10%。為了使用方便可配滑輪、滑軌。
6、泵的性能覆蓋面大;泵與電機共軸、結構緊湊,可以潛入水中運行。
7、有葉輪內置式和葉輪前置式二種結構,雙向葉輪可實現雙向抽水。
