采用國際規范尺寸：

輸出軸槽、螺孔；頂部安裝孔尺寸符合NAMUR標準；

氣源接口尺寸符合NAMUR標準；

底部安裝孔尺寸符合ISO5211、DIN3337標準, 方便安裝電磁閥、限位開關等附件。
