德國KAYSEN凱森進(jìn)口不銹鋼潛水泵概述
不銹鋼潛水泵是潛水泵的一種，因?yàn)橛泻芏酀撍玫牟馁|(zhì)是鑄鐵或者塑料的，如果僅僅用這些材質(zhì)做出來的潛水泵，就很難滿足客戶的需求，如有很多有腐蝕性的介質(zhì)就不能排放，如硫酸、鹽酸、硝酸等；這是它的其中一個(gè)特點(diǎn)。另外的特點(diǎn)就是除了不生銹外，還耐高溫。所以有很多廠家又生產(chǎn)了耐高溫不銹鋼潛水泵。雖然是不銹鋼，但是有很多輔助材料就耐不了多少高溫，一般在120°以內(nèi)是沒有問題，如有些化工廠需要耐高溫200多度的還是得選用離心泵。

主要特點(diǎn)：

●不銹鋼潛水全部采用精密鑄造而成，除了能夠生產(chǎn)304的以外，還可以生產(chǎn)316、316L、等。

●采用不銹鋼設(shè)計(jì)的排水結(jié)構(gòu)，因?yàn)橐话阄鬯枚加幸欢ǖ母g性和磨損，在設(shè)計(jì)上采用了耐磨，耐腐蝕的不銹鋼作為主要材料，它具有普通潛水排污泵的全部優(yōu)點(diǎn)，同時(shí)增加了耐磨耐腐蝕的特點(diǎn)，擴(kuò)大了適用范圍。

●不銹鋼自身有耐高溫性能，正常情況下可耐介質(zhì)溫度50度左右，在德國巴赫公司的技術(shù)改進(jìn)上可在100度以下的介質(zhì)溫度定做。

●304的使用范圍在PH值4-10之間好用，如果超過該介質(zhì)，建議使用316或者316L。

●電壓除了可以做220V和380V以外，還可以定做440V和660V電壓。

潛水泵日常維護(hù)
