該校驗系統既可以完成電子式電流互感器的校驗也可以完成電子式電壓互感器的校驗。該系統分為電流標準通道,電壓標準通道,電流被測通道,電壓被測通道,校驗儀數據處理平臺。電流標準通道由升流器、標準電流互感器、標準轉換器組成。電流被測通道由升流器、被校互感器組成。校驗儀通過采集器獲取標準電流傳感器和被校電流傳感器的電參量,并將這些電參量以標準格式上傳給計算機,計算機數據處理平臺將同一時刻的兩個信號進行比對處理,計算出被校電流傳感器的誤差情況,顯示并記錄測量結果。電壓標準通道由升壓器、標準電壓互感器、標準轉換器組成。電壓被測通道由升壓器、被校互感器組成。工作原理與電流校驗系統相同。
