低溫保存法：
1.簡單保存法，將瓊脂斜面孢子培養物、菌絲懸浮液以及由麩皮、大米、小米等谷物原料制成的孢子培養物置于4℃冰箱保存,保存時間不超過1～2個月，若將谷物原料制備的孢子瓶抽真空并在棉塞上浸蠟,以隔絕外界空氣和水汽,保持時間可達3～4個月。
功效;
1、分解出長石、云母等礦物中的鉀、硅，也能分解出磷灰石中的磷，，具有溶磷、釋鉀和固氮功能，同時能在生長繁殖過程中產生有機酸、氨基酸、多糖、激素等有利于植物吸收和利用的物質。
2、本品在土壤中繁殖后，分泌植物生激素及多種酶，以增強作物對一些病害的抵抗力；也抑制其他病原菌的生長。
3、菌體內的鉀在菌體死亡后，游離出來，又可被植物吸收利用。作為微生物肥料中的一種重要功能菌，可提高土壤*鉀、磷含量，提高作物產量和品質等多種效。
