和皮拉尼兩種真空計的功能融合入單個緊湊型裝置中，測量范圍為 5×10-
10 mbar至大氣壓（3.8×10-10 Torr 至大氣壓)。 多項技術相結合降低了
安裝、設置和集成的復雜性。 為負擔不重且可重復的過程選擇帶有雙氧
化釔銥絲的 BPG402-S ，以經濟高效的方式執行基本壓力測量。傳感元
件帶有板載校準數據，保證更換傳感器時的高再現性。
