【檢驗方法】

在進行檢測前必須先完整閱讀OXY-快速檢測試劑聯使用說明書，使用前將本品和尿樣恢復至室溫（20℃～30℃）。

1. 撕開鋁箔袋，取出試劑盒，應在1小時內盡快使用。
2. 將試劑盒置于干凈平坦的臺面上，用塑料吸管垂直滴加3滴無空氣泡的尿樣（約100µL）于加樣孔（S）中。
3. 等待紫紅色條帶的出現，3～5分鐘時直接觀察結果，10分鐘后判定無效。

【參考范圍】

本產品對的zui低檢出量為50ng/ml，≥50ng/ml為陽性，<50ng/ml為陰性。

結果判讀

陽性：只出現C線無T線，表明尿液中PCP及其代謝物含量高于50 ng/ml；

陰性：既出現C線也出現T線，表明尿液中PCP及其代謝物含量低于50 ng/ml；

無效：質控線（C線）不出現。任何情況下，C線均應形成，表示加樣和操作正確。C線未出現表明測試結果是不確定的，應重做。
