【埃博拉簡介】

埃博拉（Ebola virus）又譯作伊波拉病毒。是一種十分罕見的病毒，1976年在蘇丹南部和剛果（金）（舊稱扎伊爾）的埃博拉河地區發現它的存在后，引起醫學界的廣泛關注和重視，“埃博拉”由此而得名。是一個用來稱呼一群屬于纖維病毒科埃博拉病毒屬下數種病毒的通用術語。是一種能引起人類和靈長類動物產生埃博拉出血熱的烈性傳染病病毒，有很高的死亡率，在50%至90%之間，致死原因主要為中風、心肌梗塞、低血容量休克或多發性器官衰竭。

埃博拉出血熱（EBHF）是由一種絲狀病毒感染導致的急性出血性、動物源性傳染病。1976年，埃博拉出血熱在非洲的蘇丹和扎伊爾暴發，病死率高達50% ～ 90% 。因該病始發于扎伊爾北部的埃博拉河流，并在該區域嚴重流行，故命名為埃博拉病毒，其形態學、致病性等與馬爾堡病毒相似，但免疫原性有所區別。

【產品介紹】

該產品是世界衛生組織（WHO）*個批準用于埃博拉病毒檢測的診斷試劑卡。不需要借助其他實驗儀器設備，只需要采取幾滴血清、血漿、血液樣品，既可以檢測，并在15分鐘內就可以得知結果是否感染埃博拉病毒。該產品具有靈敏度高、操作方便、實驗時間短等特點。

潛伏期
    埃博拉出血熱的潛伏期為2～21天。
    臨床表現
    其疾病特征為突然發熱、極度虛弱、肌痛、頭痛以及咽痛，繼而嘔吐、腹瀉、皮疹、肝功能和腎功能受損。部分病例還可出現內臟和體表大量出血。實驗室檢查白細胞和血小板減少，肝酶升高。疾病早期癥狀與一般感冒相似。
    治療
    埃博拉出血熱目前沒有標準的治療方法。現在，病人都接受支持治療。這種治療包括維持病人體液和電解質平衡、維持病人呼吸和血壓以及治療病人的合并感染。在基奎特爆發期間，8個病人接受了埃博拉病毒感染康復者的血液。其中7個病人活了下來。不過，因為研究的規模小，參加者的特征（其中包括他們相對比較年輕這樣一個事實）使他們趨于康復，治療效果尚難確定。
    旅行者感染埃博拉的危險性
    目前尚未能了解埃博拉病毒的確切傳染源、潛伏的地區以及自然宿主等情況。據認為埃博拉病毒的自然宿主存在于非洲大陸的熱帶雨林以及西太平洋地區中，因此在上述地區以及報告有埃博拉出血熱確診病例的地區，旅行者有受感染的危險。
    預防
    埃波拉病人的治療：目前，對埃博拉出血熱還沒有*的方法和藥物，也沒有預防感染埃博拉出血熱的疫苗。因此，預防埃博拉出血熱，就要避免接觸埃博拉病人的任何體液，尤其是血液和分泌物；避免接觸病人的尸體。如有可能，取消到有埃博拉病例發生的國家或地區的旅行，以免接觸到患病的人或靈長類動物引起感染。  
伴隨著高燒，病人全身出血，體內器官在病毒侵蝕下糜爛成半液態的塊狀，zui快在24小時之內死亡。
病原體：埃博拉病毒(Ebola)
埃博拉病毒有4個變種：分別為埃博拉薩伊、埃博拉蘇丹和埃博拉象牙海岸，另有一種埃博拉Reston，只會造成侯子生病，對人類沒有危險。“薩伊”是zui兇殘的埃博拉病毒，死亡率90%。
特異治療：尚無
埃博拉蹤跡：1976年9月：病毒出現。埃博拉是剛果北部一條河流的的名稱，一種可怕的未知病毒襲擊了埃博拉河流域的55個村莊，大批的患者被送往當地僅有的一家教會醫院。修女們用了一切可用的藥物，從阿司匹林和奎寧，到抗生素、血液凝結劑，絲毫不起作用，而且擔任護士的修女也遭感染，不知所措的修女們只得發出無線電訊號求救。不久，扎伊爾國立大學兩位傳染病專家趕到，也對此束手無策。扎伊爾政府立即埃博拉了該地區，位于美國亞特蘭大的疾病控制中心收到緊急通知后，立即派出一支裝備精良的調查組。隨后，美、英、法、比利時的病毒研究機構均從樣本中分離出了這種后來命名為“埃博拉”的致命病毒。
