【埃博拉簡介】

埃博拉（Ebola virus）又譯作伊波拉病毒。是一種十分罕見的病毒，1976年在蘇丹南部和剛果（金）（舊稱扎伊爾）的埃博拉河地區發現它的存在后，引起醫學界的廣泛關注和重視，“埃博拉”由此而得名。是一個用來稱呼一群屬于纖維病毒科埃博拉病毒屬下數種病毒的通用術語。是一種能引起人類和靈長類動物產生埃博拉出血熱的烈性傳染病病毒，有很高的死亡率，在50%至90%之間，致死原因主要為中風、心肌梗塞、低血容量休克或多發性器官衰竭。

埃博拉出血熱（EBHF）是由一種絲狀病毒感染導致的急性出血性、動物源性傳染病。1976年，埃博拉出血熱在非洲的蘇丹和扎伊爾暴發，病死率高達50% ～ 90% 。因該病始發于扎伊爾北部的埃博拉河流，并在該區域嚴重流行，故命名為埃博拉病毒，其形態學、致病性等與馬爾堡病毒相似，但免疫原性有所區別。

流行范圍
截至2014年，埃博拉病毒主要在烏干達、剛果、加蓬、蘇丹、科特迪瓦、南非、幾內亞、利比里亞、塞拉利昂等非洲國家流行。
目前（2014年）尚未發現埃博拉出血熱發病有明顯的季節性。

主要癥狀
在潛伏期內，病毒傳染風險較小，一旦發病，則發展十分迅速。疾病早期癥狀與一般感冒相似。感染者癥狀與同為纖維病毒科的馬爾堡病毒極為相似，具有50%至90%的致死率，致死原因主要為中風、心肌梗塞、低血容量休克或多發性器官衰竭。
患者會出現高熱、畏寒、極度乏力、頭痛、肌痛、咽痛、結膜充血及相對緩脈，隨后可出現埃博拉、嘔吐、腹痛、腹瀉、粘液便或血便、皮疹等癥狀。部分病例還可出現內臟和體表大量出血。
重癥患者可出現神志改變，如嗜睡、譫妄等癥狀，并可出現不同程度的出血表現，包括鼻、口腔、結膜、胃腸道、埃博拉、皮膚出血或咯血、血尿等，甚至出現低血壓、休克等，同時可并發心肌炎、肺炎和其他多臟器受損。發病兩三天后，患者就可能死亡。

該病的主要病理改變是皮膚、粘膜、臟器的出血，多器官可以見到灶性壞死。肝細胞點、灶樣壞死是本病的典型特點，可見小包含體和凋亡小體。
