1 用途和適用范圍
1 Purpose and scope
BXX51防爆動力（檢修）配電箱（以下簡稱檢修箱）是按GB3836.1～83《爆炸性環境用防爆電氣設備 通用要求》，GB3836.2～83《爆炸性環境用防爆電氣設備 隔爆型電氣設備“d”》設計和制造。檢修箱主要用于1區或2區中含有爆炸性混合物為Ⅱ類B級T4組及以下爆炸危險場所，作為交流50Hz，額定電壓至380V，分支回路額定電流100A的電路中作不頻繁接通與分斷之用，且具有過載和短路保護。

4．1 主要結構

檢修箱外殼采用ZL102鑄鋁合金制成隔爆型主腔及接線腔，主腔內裝有DZ20L系列斷路器，通過操作機構及外殼手柄進行操作，每回路有“分”、“合”指示，且有指示燈顯示，接線腔內有與主腔相貫通的接線端子，并有電纜引入裝置，設有內外接地螺釘。

5 use and repair
5．1 將檢修箱安裝固定好，將進出線腔蓋打開，把電纜通過引入裝置接至接線端子上，接好內外接地線，檢查無誤后合上蓋，用緊固件緊固，并把壓緊螺母旋緊使電纜密封，完畢后即可使用。
