BAT51-400防爆投光燈結構特點
Structural characteristics
投光燈由外殼、鋼化玻璃罩、反射罩、接線腔、燈座、保護網及安裝支架等部分組成。外殼由ZL102鑄鋁鑄成，近似半圓柱形，主腔為平面隔爆結構，接線腔為圓筒型隔爆結構 ，主腔隔爆面上設有海綿橡膠密封圈，接線腔法蘭上有密封墊，緊固螺釘沉孔用橡皮泥封嚴，以達到防水要求。外殼外表面涂鐵紅過氧乙烯底漆和過氯乙烯磁漆，內表面涂磷化底漆，鋅黃環氧底漆和耐弧烘漆。鋼化玻璃罩為平面矩形，內有E40燈座。

Shell is made of ZL102 aluminum cast, semi - cylindrical, the main cavity is a plane flameproof structure, wiring cavity is a cylindrical flameproof structure, the main chamber flameproof surface is provided with sponge rubber sealing ring, a sealing gasket on the flange connection cavity, the fastening screw hole with a rubber seal strictly, in order to achieve waterproof requirements. The outer surface of the shell coated iron oxide ethylene perchloride primer and vinyl perchloride enamel, coated with phosphating primer, zinc yellow epoxy primer and arc resistant paint. Toughened glass cover is a rectangle, with E40 lamp holder.

3 installation and testing
3．1 安裝前應檢查投光燈銘牌上所列主要技術數據是否與實際使用條件相符。

3．2 所有螺釘（栓）必須擰緊。

4 maintenance and repair
4．1 維修前，投光燈應斷電源后開蓋。

4．2 在維護、修理時，如發現密封圈、墊老化應立即向制造廠家購買并及時更換，以確保其防爆、防水性能。

4．3 維護與修理時應妥善保護隔爆面，并保證L≥12.5mm,L1≥8mm,W≤0.2mm,（接線腔）或0.15mm（主腔），清理后涂204-1防銹油。

4．4 維護與修理時應保證燈內電氣間隙和爬電距離（數值見3.4條），透明罩與保護網距離不小于10mm，透明罩與光源之間的距離不小于20mm。
