供應(yīng)Anti-DRP3抗體,肌營(yíng)養(yǎng)蛋白α抗體產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明：Dystrobrevin alpha belongs to the dystrobrevin subfamily of the dystrophin family. It is a component of the dystrophin associated protein complex (DPC), which consists of dystrophin and several integral and peripheral membrane proteins, including dystroglycans, sarcoglycans, syntrophins and alpha and beta dystrobrevin. The DPC localizes to the sarcolemma and its disruption is associated with various forms of muscular dystrophy. Dystrobrevin alpha may be involved in the formation and stability of synapses as well as being involved in the clustering of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors. Mutations in Dystrobrevin alpha are associated with left ventricular noncompaction with congenital heart defects.

保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
