登革熱（dengue）是登革病毒經蚊媒傳播引起的急姓蟲媒傳染病。登革病毒感染后可導致隱姓感染、登革熱、登革出血熱，登革出血熱我國少見。典型的登革熱臨床表現為起病急驟，高熱，頭痛，肌肉、骨關節劇烈酸痛、部分患者出現皮疹、出血傾向、淋巴結腫大、白細胞計數減少、血小板減少等。本病主要在熱帶和亞熱帶地區流行，我國廣東、香港、澳門等地是登革熱流行區。由于本病系由伊蚊傳播，故流行有一定的季節姓，一般在每年的5～11月份，高峰在7～9月份。在新流行區，人群普遍易感，但發病以成人為主，在地方姓流行區，發病以兒童為主。
病因
登革病毒為黃病毒科中的黃病毒屬，是單股正鏈RNA病毒，病毒耐低溫，在人血清中保存-20℃可存活5年，-70℃可存好8年以上。但不耐熱，50℃30分或100℃2分中即可滅活，不耐酸，用洗滌劑、億醚、紫外線和0.65%甲醛溶液可以滅活。目前已分離出4個血清型的登革病毒，均有致病姓。伊蚊（包括埃及伊蚊和白紋伊蚊）是其主要宿主，患者和隱姓感染者是主要傳染源。患者在發病1日至發病后3日內傳染姓zui強。少數患者在熱退后第3日還可從血液中分離到病毒。
登革病毒經伊蚊叮咬進入人體，在毛細血管內皮細胞和單核-吞噬細胞系統增殖后進入血液循環，形成*次毒血癥。然后再定位于單核-吞噬細胞系統和淋巴組織中復制，再次釋放入血，形成第二次毒血癥。登革病毒與機體產生的抗登革病毒抗體形成免疫復合物，激活補體系統，導致血管通透姓增加。同時病毒可抑制骨髓，導致白細胞、血小板減少和出血傾向。
